At VoltTrade LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and components.

  • Proof of purchase or the order number is provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Products that have been assembled, installed, or modified.

  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such).

  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, VoltTrade LLC will provide instructions regarding the return process.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order may be handled under this Return & Refund Policy after delivery.
